Hello and welcome to May!

So much has happened since my last blog and lots of exciting things about to unfold....

Last month Craig joined me from Sydney as a visiting practitioner. He created a beautiful space in which he performed some very powerful healing. For many clients, it was their first Hawaiian Massage and so often the comments were full of praise how Craig exceeded their expectations. A wonderful addition to the Port Melbourne clinic!

Another addition has been some fabulous new paintings by local artist, Chris Rowe. We are very fortunate to be surrounded by such amazing work! Incidently, they are available for purchase at a fraction of the cost in a gallery offering substantial savings for an end of financial year purchase.

This month also sees me hitting the books! I'm beginning graduate studies in Botanic Medicine with highly esteemed Herbalist, Denis Stewart. Denis, often referred to as the grandfather of Herbal Medicine, will no doubt have some pearls of wisdom to improve your health and wellbeing and make you sparkle!

Lastly, this month I have the opportunity to join the work experience team at Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat. I can't wait to learn and experience different techniques that help refresh, renew and revitalise! I look forward to sharing all my new approaches with you soon!
